10 days to go

I will be leaving my very typical, repetitive, and predictable life in 10 days. I am going to be working on a cruise ship as a youth counselor. I will be flying out to Miami on Friday, November 16th. Supposedly I will be staying at a hotel over night and joining my ship Saturday. My cruise will run a 7 day loop out of Miami to Belize City - Belize, Cozumel - Mexico, Roatan - Honduras, and the Great Stirrup Cay - Bahamas.

I am completely unaware of what this whole experience is really going to be like. I have my ideas and hopes about it, but am still open to the fact that it might not end up as great as it seems. I do know that it will be much different from my previous day to day life.

I also am unsure of what day I will be returning. I believe it will be January 5th, but I do not know for sure.

I am starting the packing/cleaning process today. I currently live with my boyfriend in his mother's house, only my everyday clothes and some possessions are here. Everything I own under the sun is at my parent's house. I will be going there today to do some cleaning/packing/organizing, as well as having dinner with my mom and grandmother.

I am really excited about this whole experience and will TRY my hardest to update this on a daily basis once I am on the ship.
